    Job Description:

    Our client is an American based company and a market leader in the category of beverage products. With the expansion in Asia Pacific market, they are seeking for an experienced individual to lead sales and business development.

    Responsibility


    • Develop and implement retail and distribution strategies to maximize market penetration of a new consumer packaged products.
    • Responsible for market launch strategy along with Marketing department to build brand awareness of the new product.
    • Manage retail partners or distributors to drive sales and achieve profit goals.
    • Advance the brand position in all retail channels.
    • Design and recommend strategic sales and marketing programs to distributing agencies and key account channels.
    • Delivers business and category reviews, including product and merchandising initiatives, performance measures and on-going tactical plans.
    • Manage daily operations such as sales forecast, price deduction, price changes etc.
    • Direct and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on annual operating plans.
    • Direct new product and merchandising event implementation and retail customer-specific roll outs.


    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Business or related discipline.
    • A minimum of 15 years experience in managing sales within FMCG industry with over 10 years experience in management level.
    • Solid experience in key account and distributor management.
    • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. Able to work in an ambiguous situation and self-motivated.
    • Hands-on and experience in working for a start-up will be an advantage.
    • Knowledge in handling food and beverage products in retail channel.
