    Job Description:

    Our client is one of the leading FMCG companies. They are currently looking for high caliber to lead the supply chain function of the company.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Report to GM directly and oversee the overall supply chain function for HK and Macau market
    • Drive and lead the S&OP meetings and monitor the forecast, inventory level as well as supply
    • Collaborate with distributor and monitor its performance, eg, stock level, logistic management, storage standard, etc
    • Work closely with internal and external business parties (e.g. sales, marketing, distributors, finance, demand team) for all issues on demand and supply
    • Lead the demand / supply planning function
    • Manage 3rd party logistic shipment arrangement as well as warehouse management
    • Develop strategy for risk management and monitor stock situation to ensure continuous supply to the market and to alert internal customers on any adverse situation in advance
    • Monitor supplier performance and their enhancement. To act as the point of contact with factory on customer complaints, and follow through quality or other issues so that local operations are updated on the findings

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with 3 years in managerial capacity in FMCG indusctry
    • Track exposure in collaborating with distributor on product demand / planning is a must
    • Good analytical and problem solving skill plus negotiation skills
      Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin
