    Job Description:

    Our Client is a market leader in the retail industry with strong presence in APAC regions, they are looking for a HR Analyst to join their C&B team specializes in payroll processing, HR budgeting, forecasting, analysis and Regional C&B project.


    • Handle full spectrum of compensation & benefits duties including but not limited to payroll calculation, benefits admin, insurances, taxation & MPF administration, etc.
    • Act as a key driver of C&B matters for Hong Kong and regional offices including salary review, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, manpower budgeting, C&B data management & analysis across the regions
    • Work closely with HR team across different locations to collate information for management reports, budgeting, forecasting and HR analytics?
    • Manage external vendor on payroll processes and coordinate with different internal department and headquarter to ensure smooth operations
    • Act as the primary interface between HR and Finance to maintain alignment on the impact of business decisions
    • Ad hoc projects as assigned


    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
    • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, solid C&B operations experience, HR reporting & analysis, preferably in regional context and sizable organization / consultancy background with regional experience
    • Good analytical, numerical sense, high sensitivity to figures & accuracy
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Vendor management experience is a plus
    • Advance knowledge in Excel (vlookup and pivot table).
    • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
