    Job Description:

    Our client is a market leader in food manufacturing with production plants in Hong Kong and China. With business continuous to grow, they would like to invite a high caliber to join the team.

    Responsibilities:


    • Reporting to Executive Director and work closely with management team in formulating HR strategies which align with company's long term objectives.
    • Review and establish HR policies and practices across regions in operational units for Hong Kong and China with focus on quality management, food safety, legal stipulation. Ensure policies, administrative procedures and control system are in line with long term company strategic growth.
    • Review and control C&B policy to ensure each individual commensurate to his/her position and capability.
    • Develop planning for operational units in succession planning, manpower planning and staff development.
    • Oversee the latest market data collection and analysis of labor market and recruiting intelligence to meet recruiting requirements of all departments.
    • Assist the administration in ISO9001 and related training programs.
    • Review and update labor regulations of all government units (both PRC and HK) and its implication on company's HR policy and operations. Ensure the compliance of company policies and procedures.


    Requirements:

    • University graduate in Human Resources Management and knowledge in ISO9001, HAACP and GMP.
    • Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources with 5 years in managerial role in sizable corporation. Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus.
    • Experience in dealing with China labor and employment practice.
    • Excellent command in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
    • Self-driven, energetic, well-organized and able to work under pressure
