    Job Description:

    Our client is a global brand in FMCG industry and a market leader in F&B products. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join the team.

    Responsibilities:


    • Assist in the development of training strategy and action plan, implement T&D initiatives to support staff development and business growth.
    • Act as a communication bridge to business units to identify any training needs.
    • Design and deliver training programs on soft skills and leadership management skills to managerial level and frontline staff.
    • Assist in career and training roadmap for continuous development and succession planning through development interventions targeted at individual and business needs.
    • Customize training materials in line with operational and changing customer service needs.
    • Review work practices, procedures and various support systems to identify needs for change and improvement.
    • Compile reports on talent and organization data for management review.


    Requirements:

    • University Graduate in Business Studies, Learning & Development or Human Resources.
    • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in Learning & Development with track record in training delivery.
    • Qualification in certified training programs.
    • Stable work history, approachable and excellent in communication skills.
    • Good business acumen, able to work with cross-functional teams and different levels.
    • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
