    Job Description:

    Our client is a global retail brand in lifestyle consumer products. To cope with recent expansion, they are looking for a high caliber to join the retail team.


    • Responsible for daily retail operations for stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
    • Monitor retail calendars and schedules to ensure objectives met.
    • Coach and motivate frontline staff to achieve company target.
    • Responsible for frontline recruitment process. Drive staff training and development.
    • Monitor retail operating cost and budget. Generate reports and perform analysis for management's review.
    • Enforce regional standard for store image, customer service standard and visual display.
    • Perform monthly sales review by store and assist in target setting.
    • Coordinate with logistics department on stock planning.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Department on promotion activities.


    • Degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in retail / luxury brand operations management.
    • Solid experience in managing frontline staff.
    • Result-driven, passionate, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong in leadership, responsibility and with a can-do attitude.
    • Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
