    Job Description:

    Our client is a prestigious international FMCG company and they are the market leader in their field.
    They are urgently looking for an energetic candidate to join their Regional strategy team for sales management, planning and development.

    Responsibilities:


    • Develop, lead and deploy a centralized sales planning of key accounts, improve the overall compliance of the contracts
    • Monitor sales processes and activities in the regions to ensure that sales targets and merchandising objectives are met
    • Conduct survey, analyze reports and highlights areas of opportunities or concerns to Management for action
    • Determines annual gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
    • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume
    • Monitor all customer orders, rebates and payments, establishing relationships with key accounts
    • Support strategic business review with key customers, preparation of monthly sales reports, market research analysis


    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Business/Marketing. Overseas graduate preferred
    • Minimum 3 years corporate key accounts/ sales management experience in FMCG/ F&B/ Hotel / Travel Retail business and Luxury Brands
    • Ideally with sales coordination, planning and analysis experience in a large and dynamic sales environment, regional experience is a plus
    • Proficient in MS Word, Advanced level of Excel (Pivot table / V-lookup)
    • Solid experience in sales/business analysis and budgeting
    • Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills
    • Good presentation layout skills and negotiation skills
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English
