    Job Description:

    Our client is an industry leader in fast moving consumer goods. They are looking for a high caliber to join the Human Resources team.

    Responsibilities:


    • Perform all-round support to daily operation of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team.
    • Assist in monthly payroll, final payment calculation, taxation, leave management, minimum wage and MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Prepare regular HR/payroll/workforce reports for the purpose of audit and management review.
    • Assist HRMS deployment and maintenance.
    • Assist in C&B projects and annual activities including system enhancement, regular policy review, annual budget exercise, market benchmarking etc.
    • Act as a contact point for staff enquiry related to the matters of compensation & benefits.
    • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.


    Requirements:

    • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Capable to handle sizable payroll (over 500 headcount).
    • Experience in system implementation / project launch is an advantage.
    • Well-versed in Hong Kong employment related ordinances and regulations.
    • Proficiency in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office suit, especially Excel functions / formulas. Knowledge in HRIS operating system.
    • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently with tight deadline and good communication skills.
    • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
