Job Description:
Our client is one of the leading metal tooling and high precision stamping components manufacturers with plants in China and overseas. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are urgently looking for a General Manager to join the team.

Our client is one of the leading metal tooling and high precision stamping components manufacturers with plants in China and overseas. In order to cope with their business expansion, they are urgently looking for a General Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Top Management and responsible for the overall daily operations and management of the business units in Dongguan plant with a workforce above 1,000.
- Accountable for P&L and have to develop long term and short term strategies for business development.
- Innovate or improve current business and production process in all facets and to drive continuous process enhancements in operations to achieve company objectives and targets.
- To manage the inventory, supply chain, wastage and capital expenditure and to allocate different resources in an efficient way.
- To set appropriate KPIs and steer the whole team to achieve the company objectives and goals plus maximize the ROI.
- Lead and motivate a strong team to meet with the dynamic business demands and environment.
- To coach, mentor and formulate plans for staff development, training and career advancement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline.
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in components manufacturing, stamping, assembly and tooling technology.
- Prior experience in TS16949 or VDA is an advantage.
- A MUST to have solid working experience in PRC.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and capable to interact with all levels.
- Independent, mature with strong leadership skills and a flexible mindset.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Stationed in our Dongguan plants is required.
