A leading online payment company who is expanding their services to merchants is looking a competent pre-sales consultant to assist in their business development.

A leading online payment company who is expanding their services to merchants is looking a competent pre-sales consultant to assist in their business development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to Head of Product
- Involve from the early stage of sales process through to initial monitoring of post-sales performance
- Create and deliver presentations and other engagement support materials
- Provide a seamless integration experience for the merchants or channel partners
- Run test scenarios and QA testing for consumer integrations
- Assist in managing channel partner programs & track performance
- Convey customer requirements to Product Management Team & respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Studies or related disciplines
- At least 8 years of sales or pre-sales consultancy experiences with web application development experiences
- The candidate should have experience with Retailers/eCommerce/Payment Gateways/ Internet Services Providers/ Application Developers
- Technical skills requirements include: Web application development (ASP.NET, Java, PHP, Cold Fusion, etc) ; Knowledge of enterprise software & applications (Databases, LDAP, Exchange, GDS, etc); Knowledge of software development technologies (i.e. Java, .NET, etc); Related enterprise software (collaboration, project management, software development tools)
- Organised and analytical with a proven ability for attention to detail
- Confident, outgoing and customer focused personality with a passion for business development
- Excellent in both English and Chinese
