Our client is in the spa business and coping with their expansion in the Asia, they are now looking for a talented professional to manage and operate their spa HK.

Our client is in the spa business and coping with their expansion in the Asia, they are now looking for a talented professional to manage and operate their spa HK.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Management and responsible for the overall operation and management of the spa in HK.
- To formulate overall business plan and direction, marketing strategies, tools and to build brand awareness.
- To develop sales and promotional plans to maximize potential revenue and lead the sales to achieve company targets.
- To be in-charge of the P&L, prepare sales forecasts, monthly report and business analysis plus to develop long term and short term goals.
- To assist in setting the service menu and packages plus design on promotional offers or related CRM program for achieving targets.
- To ensure service quality and all equipments are used safely and in good conditions.
- To recruit, train and manage the team of staff.
- Assist management on development projects.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Studies, Marketing and related disciplines.
- Min. 5 years or above in spa, beauty salon or fitness centre business. Candidate with experiences in setting up new shop will be an advantage.
- Aggressive and business oriented, self-motivated and independent.
- Well-organized with strong leadership and interpersonal and communications skills.
- Fluent in spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and internet applications.
- Occasional travel is required.
