Job Description:
Our client, a leading worldwide premium travel services company with extensive membership base, has the below vacancy:

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the MIS operations in Asia Pacific region and lead a small data processing team in HK
  
• To work with headquarters on IT/MIS strategy, system enhancement and security management
  
• Manage daily heavy volume of data input/output, data updates and membership card production
  
• Responsible for monitoring and improving the operation of existing system & network management by performing database maintenance and management, trouble-shooting of hardware and networking, etc
  
• Manage and oversee all IT/MIS projects including solutions planning, workflow, cost & manpower allocation, service delivery, etc
  
• Perform data analysis and generate reports
  
• Provide IT supports (both software & hardware) to internal users

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  
• Minimum 8 years working experience, of which 3 years in a supervisory capacity and preferable in membership card production environment within membership service or credit card industry
  
• Sound knowledge in SCO Unix operating system, COBOL programming, MS SQL, Linux and Java
  
• Experience in data security management a must, knowledge in PCIDSS an advantage
  
• Good problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
  
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
