Our Client is a leading manufacturing group with business across the globe. To cope with their expansion in China, they are looking for a professional and experienced China Director for South China team.

Our Client is a leading manufacturing group with business across the globe. To cope with their expansion in China, they are looking for a professional and experienced China Director for South China team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist top management to manage all Group’s projects and operations in China run smoothly.
- Optimize the legal structures of group investment within China including meeting with local government officers to collect various kinds of investment information; site visit and location survey; setting up procedures and preparing feasibility study reports etc.
- Provide consultations to top management and all business units in taxation, customs and normal operations.
- Good China trade and well versed in Chinese rules and regulations.
- Make on-spot decisions satisfying Government policies and regulations without weakening company's position so that the projects will not be delayed and at deadlock.
- Handle emergency cases in compliance with laws and regulations in China.
- Monitor or audit company procedures in organization according to China policies and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Master holder, China Business Study preferable.
- Strong background in Mainland China culture, and familiar with Chinese bureaucratic behaviours.
- Solid experience in China trade and well versed in Chinese rules and regulations.
- Familiar with Chinese policy including MOFCOM, customs, taxation, CIQ and other authorities such as labour insurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good team player, initiative and strong problem solving skill.
- Good command in English and Mandarin.
