    Job Description:
    Our client is a world leading organization with aggressive growth recently in Asia. A seasoned HR professional is being sought in leading and directing the HR Shared Services team to resolve employee relations and HR operations issues.

    Responsibilities:

    • Built and lead the team to deliver high levels of HR services regionally
    • Advise employees and managers regarding programs and policies including employee counseling, interpretation of policies, equal employment opportunity programs
    • Monitors escalated complex HR issues and ensures timely and accurate resolution
    • Keep apprised of regional legal & regulatory issues that affect employment in different countries
    • Instills continuous improvement mindset through innovation, process improvement and enabling technology
    • Fosters a client focused environment within the team to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee experience for all staff


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree or Over, MBA prefer
    • Min 10 years of HR generalist experience with over 5 years of people management capacities
    • Ideally possess Shared Services Centre exposure
    • Knowledge of SOX and applicable regulations and data protection legislation
    • Strong customer service oriented with special knowledge of employee relations processes and policies and company policies & practices
    • Excellent problem solving, inquiry management, investigatory and issue resolution skills
    • Global perspective, attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless delivery
    • Multi-lingual capabilities required. This position is basing in Shanghai.
