Our client is a world leading organization with aggressive growth recently in Asia. A seasoned HR professional is being sought in leading and directing the HR Shared Services team to resolve employee relations and HR operations issues.

Our client is a world leading organization with aggressive growth recently in Asia. A seasoned HR professional is being sought in leading and directing the HR Shared Services team to resolve employee relations and HR operations issues.
Responsibilities:
- Built and lead the team to deliver high levels of HR services regionally
- Advise employees and managers regarding programs and policies including employee counseling, interpretation of policies, equal employment opportunity programs
- Monitors escalated complex HR issues and ensures timely and accurate resolution
- Keep apprised of regional legal & regulatory issues that affect employment in different countries
- Instills continuous improvement mindset through innovation, process improvement and enabling technology
- Fosters a client focused environment within the team to ensure delivery of an exceptional employee experience for all staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Over, MBA prefer
- Min 10 years of HR generalist experience with over 5 years of people management capacities
- Ideally possess Shared Services Centre exposure
- Knowledge of SOX and applicable regulations and data protection legislation
- Strong customer service oriented with special knowledge of employee relations processes and policies and company policies & practices
- Excellent problem solving, inquiry management, investigatory and issue resolution skills
- Global perspective, attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless delivery
- Multi-lingual capabilities required. This position is basing in Shanghai.
