- Report to HR Manager
- Oversee all-round HR functions including recruitment, C&B, people development, staff relations, headcount planning, etc
- Assist in budget forecast and planning
- Take part in ad-hoc HR projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources
- Min. 5 yrs of solid all-round HR experiences in sizable retail companies
- Well-versed with employment ordinances and related regulations of HK
- Independent, good team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
