Responsibilities:
• Handle recruitment assignments for the managerial positions from middle to senior level independently
• Meet with client to understand the client’s business, work out detail job requirements and search strategies with clients
• Work closely with internal researcher to formulate search strategies, identify target companies and candidates
• Select, interview and present the right candidates to clients
• Negotiate employment offers and complete the closing of assignments
• Maintain close relationship with clients and candidates, provide quality services to their satisfaction
• Develop new clients and business within the industry
Requirements:
• Degree holder
• At least 5 years sales/recruitment experience preferably gained from MNC
• Possess passion, enthusiasm and ambition to the recruitment industry
• Must be result driven, positive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Must possess excellent client services and negotiation skills
• Very good command in both English and Putonghua
