Job Description:
Our Client is a Hong Kong Garment Manufacturer. They are looking for high caliber to join their China team.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Oversee and control the whole manufacturing operations ( including the fabrics printing and garment production department) and the purchasing department with the direct supports from the related managers.
  
• Pro-actively manage and control the daily operation of the production floor and monitor production schedule planning to accomplish effective & efficient production, quality product and timely delivery;
  
• Provide leadership by leveraging team synergy to lead and collaborate with the management team on company’s strategies development / implementation.
  
• Deliver results-oriented programs (e.g cost or lead time reduction / increase efficiency ) to drive for continuous improvement

Requirements :

• Degree holder / diploma holder in the clothing / textile production management, with at least 5 years’ practical experience at managerial level in the apparel manufacturing industry
  
• Mature, independent, pro-active, well-organized, creative mindset, detail and result-oriented;
  
• Possess strong leadership, managerial skills and sound problems solving techniques;
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  
• Proficient in computer applications like MS Office / ERP system
  
• Station in our Shunde, China plant
