Job Description:
Our client is brand athletic and casual footwear manufacturer with retail operations in PRC. They are now looking for high caliber professional to join their marketing team.


Responsibilities

• Report to Marketing Director to plan, organize and implement marketing campaigns, promotion events and activities
  
• Based on all in-store gathered data and external market intelligence, identify effective marketing plans to all stores in PRC
  
• Formulate store management strategy focused on brand innovations and operations initiatives
  
• Create programs to communicate product innovations
  
• Develop visual merchandising and in-store communications guidelines for the brand and keeping a high standard of in-store presentation
  
• Create retail marketing tools to improve sales and space productivity for the retailers to drive more traffic to the stores

Requirements

• Educated to tertiary level or degree holder in Marketing
  
• At least 5 years relevant marketing experience in PRC on sportwear, apparel, or on well-known brands
  
• Prior working experience in visual merchandising is required
  
• A goal setter with strong passion to work for emerging brands
  
• Good command of Putonghua and English
  
• Based in Shanghai
