    Job Description:
    Our client is a US MNC with offices locating in every part of the world. They are recently looking for a Customer Loyalty Program Manager to join their team in Shanghai office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to Senior Management and working closely with different country managers, business unit heads for leading, developing and managing prioritized programs/projects and implementing actionable insights to drive customer loyalty.
    • To understand customer experience objectives and be accountable for driving all teammates and stakeholder KPIs.
    • Develop and lead initiatives/projects to close gaps between targets and actual results.
    • To identify, analysis, provide solution design and implementation of key product, process and programs for customer experience.
    • Drive the creation of global strategies and build business cases plus deliver consumer insights to improve customer experience, business decision and operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with sales, merchant services, marketing, risk management, and other functional areas to manage the design and creation of new product, policies and campaigns.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key global partners in the business units, operations teams, related Business Support & Strategy teams, and product teams.
    • Support global product and marketing integration. To understand and forecast the impacts on customers and operations before and after pushes for that market and to minimize negative/unexpected impacts.
    • Responsible for the day to day execution of project tasks and report to senior on progress.


    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in Management, Business Administration or related disciplines. Preferably a MBA.
    • Min. 6 years in customer or business relations management, marketing program at MNC with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
    • Excellent business acumen and sound analytical skills.
    • Multi-tasking, fast paced, creative, detail-minded and dynamic to changing situation.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
    • Independent, logical thinker and a can do attitude.
    • Excellent in both spoken and written English plus one SE Asian language.
    • Stationed at Shanghai office.
