An international top-tier prestigious fashion & accessories group is looking for a competent and vibrant training professional to cope with their further business expansion:
Job Responsibilities:
- Report to HR Manager
- Support HK region
- Define training objectives and direction based on the company business objectives
- Design, develop and implement training activities/programs/training materials to enhance service standards
- Organize and conduct training programs for frontline sales staff
- Solicit seasoned consultants for in-house training when necessary
- Assist in managing training budget
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs regularly
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of retail training experiences in luxury retail/airlines/cosmetics/ hotel industries
- Strong analytical and planning skill
- Solution orientated with excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experiences can be considered as Assistant Training Manager
