Our client is a US MNC company with strong presence in every corner of the world. With their fast growing business needs and demand for quality, they are now looking for a Senior Buyer to join their regional team here in HK.

Our client is a US MNC company with strong presence in every corner of the world. With their fast growing business needs and demand for quality, they are now looking for a Senior Buyer to join their regional team here in HK.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Supply Chain Department Manager and providing procurement expertise for company development in APAC.
- To develop and implement procurement strategies to support store development requirements for the region; including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, inventory control, cost analysis and capacity analysis.
- Develops project plans that define scope, schedule, budget, business impact and risks.
- To identify and resolve issues or obstacles, gain alignment and communicate to key stakeholders.
- Responsible for the development of requests for proposal, bid analysis, contract negotiations and purchase orders.
- To monitor the design and implementation of related procurement processes and systems that improve service, efficiency, quality and reduce costs.
- Provides technical or product expertise to suppliers and internal customers regarding commodities, products or services for store development items.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Procurement or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in procurement in association with retail store design and/or construction including fixtures, furniture and equipments.
- Candidate with working experience in the construction industry or property developers is definitely an added advantage.
- Strong in project management with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
