Job Description:
A leading international online trading platform is looking for a competent and tactful candidate with strong connections with government authorities:
Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Director of Corporate Affairs
  
• Responsible for HK, Taiwan & Macau regions
  
• Provide excellent legislative and regulatory advocacy at HK/TW/Macau government levels focused on the key issues e.g. electronic commerce, online data transmitting, data privacy areas, etc.
  
• Monitor legislative and administrative initiatives impacting the group throughout HK/TW/Macau at all levels of government
  
• Contribute to public policy position papers and other relevant content for distribution and publications
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with key government officials
  
• Coordinate with internal regulatory teams to ensure company is compliant with relevant national laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder
  
• 6-10 years expensive of PR, GR, policy and regulatory processes
  
• Successful experiences in dealing with government agencies e.g. OGCIO, TAITRA(Taiwan), HKTDC, FHKI, etc.
  
• Good understanding of how government hierarchy works
  
• Good connections with relevant government agencies preferred
  
• Experiences in formulating both a proactive and reactive government relations strategy
  
• Must be self-motivated with excellent communications skills
  
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
