    Job Description:
    Our client is one of the world leading manufacturing group. To cope with their strategic expansion, they are looking for a high calibre to join their corporate HR team.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop HR policies, procedures, direction and strategy to the management from a global perspective.
    • Build and maintain Employer Branding through conducting surveys, strengthening existing policies and procedures, organizing staff activities, etc.
    • Develop, drive and implement organization development
    • Conduct periodic reports and updates on departmental forecast and budget.
    • Carry out performance management process and improve its systems and application.
    • Conduct company-wide HR project such as BalancedScorecard.
    • Manage and able to drive corporate HR direction to country level.


    Job Requirements:

    • Minimum 15 years of human resources generalist and management experience with proven track record obtained from multi-national organizations.
    • Strong people management skills, excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent analysis and report writing.
    • Exposure in Employer Branding and Organisation Development is highly prefer.
