Job Responsibilities:
- Develop HR policies, procedures, direction and strategy to the management from a global perspective.
- Build and maintain Employer Branding through conducting surveys, strengthening existing policies and procedures, organizing staff activities, etc.
- Develop, drive and implement organization development
- Conduct periodic reports and updates on departmental forecast and budget.
- Carry out performance management process and improve its systems and application.
- Conduct company-wide HR project such as BalancedScorecard.
- Manage and able to drive corporate HR direction to country level.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of human resources generalist and management experience with proven track record obtained from multi-national organizations.
- Strong people management skills, excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analysis and report writing.
- Exposure in Employer Branding and Organisation Development is highly prefer.
