Our client is an international fund house with millions of investors globally.
They are inviting an energetic candidate to join their Regional IT team.

They are inviting an energetic candidate to join their Regional IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop support to the traders and the team for variety of hardware and software products
- Monitor and support trading telephone & recording systems, market data systems, proprietary financial applications, commercial software and system hardware upgrades.
- Manage the local and wide area networks, protocol and network troubleshooting.
- Recommend hardware and software solutions, including update and new acquisitions.
- Work closely with overseas IT services team to handle daily application and system support duties.
- Handle other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT or related discipline. Overseas graduate preferred.
- Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience in multinational company, experience in banking and finance industry preferred.
- Solid experience in end user computer support in hardware & software.
- Experience working with a trade order processing system, specifically with FIX messaging, would be a plus.
- Exposure to Reuters, Bloomberg, DataStream and First Call.
- A team player with strong problem solving and communication skills.
- Proactive, analytical and organized.
- Close native English and fluent Mandarin.
