Our client, a HK based, Singapore listed OEM manufacturer producing plastic and die-cast products which include premiums, collectibles, toys, electronic consumer goods, etc is seeking a high caliber candidate to join their Group:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Electronics OEM Business Unit
- Report to Board of Directors of the Group
- Business development for the company
- Formulate and compile medium to long term production plans
- Lead and direct the designated manufacturing operation to achieve profitability, efficiency/productivity, quality, customer delight and other relevant business goals
- Meet and exceed customers’ expectation in the areas of R&D, output quality, production schedule, costing and delivery
- Coach and develop a high performing operation team
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience in managing medium sized electronics manufacturing operation with at least 3 years’ in a general management capacity
- Preferably with experiences in manufacturing high-tech electronic products
- Previous experiences in project management, product development in electronic engineering field is a must
- Excellent leadership skill with sharp business acumen
- Innovative and strategic thinking
