Job Responsibilities:
- Base in one of their hotels, and responsible for all-round HR functions including recruitment, C&B, employee relations, and HRIS system for the hotel
- Report to the Hotel GM (an expatriate) and dotted line HR Director of the Group, lead 1 HR Executive
- Headcount planning and budget forecast
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Min 5-8 years of relevant experiences preferably from hotel or customer services oriented industry
- Well-versed with employment ordinances and related regulations of HK
- Positive working attitude
- Good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese
