Responsibilities:
- Responsible for budget, sales, growth & P&L of commercial sales division.
- Implement strategic sales & marketing initiatives at duty free channels in Greater China Region.
- Build up the development and relationship management of assigned and potential retailer accounts.
- Develop the merchandising services business to meet the required annual business plan, budgets and forecasting.
- Attainment of sales objectives and planned profit margins.
- Maintenance of brands’ image and merchandising standards.
- Plan and execute all brands’ promotional activities.
- Implement Product Assortment Plan to ensure the right product mix is carried in stores.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or above.
- Minimum 5 years key accounts/sales management experience in travel retail/luxury industry.
- Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English & good Mandarin.
