They are looking for an energetic candidate to join their compliance team, reporting to CEO.

They are looking for an energetic candidate to join their compliance team, reporting to CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform compliance monitoring, provide consultation on compliance issues and deal with all regulatory and legal matters with all bodies.
- Prepare account opening documentation and analyze KYC information.
- Review and drafting of the company’s compliance policies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant regulations.
- Formulate and monitor the policies and procedures of company overall risk management.
Requirements:
- University Graduate in Finance or Law.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial institutions.
- Solid experience in undertaking compliance review.
- Good working knowledge of SFC rules & regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken English & Mandarin.
