Job Description:
Our client is an US MNC in medical equipment industry. With the increasing needs in the Asian market, they are looking for an Regional Supply Planning Manager to join their team in HK.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director, the candidate will act as a major regional contact points and work closely with different teams in various countries.
  
• To lead and supervise a team in providing quality and timely supply planning services for the clients.
  
• To plan, forecast and manage the inventory level.
  
• To provide suggestion to clients on optimum stock level and replenishment time and the like.
  
• To supervise purchasing and warehousing team, transport arrangement, cost control and liaison with third party logistics.
  
• To supervise the operation for order handling, collections, setting price lists and arrange promotion as well as credit terms, etc.
  
• To develop sales and operation planning procedures and forecast accuracy improvement.
  
• Set up and develop or improve operation system to best fit the market requirement and needs.
  
• To maintain and cultivate business relationships with internal and external customers.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related disciplined.
  
• Min. of 7 years or above experience in relevant capacity and preferably in global FMCG companies. A MUST to have solid regional handling experiences.
  
• Outgoing, confident and independent individual.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Sound leadership mentality, self-disciplined and a problem solver.
  
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
