Job Description:
Our client is a famous FMCG manufacturing company in HK. With their growing needs and concern, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the group.


Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of HR Department and playing a generalist role and providing full spectrum of HR function for the company.
  
• To better establish the communication platform between employer and employee relationship and assist in delivery of people management effectively.
  
• To develop measures and activities that help to improve the employee interaction and connection in the group.
  
• To initiate and implement plan for employees training activities and talent development opportunities, employee retention, relocation arrangement, internal transfer possibility and the like.
  
• To aid in salary review, performance management analysis and succession planning.
  
• To participate in different corporate projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  
• Minimum 8 years solid working experience and preferably from sizable company from FMCG or Manufacturing base.
  
• Hands-on experiences in dealing with employee relations or labour union.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to deal with different levels of people.
  
• Dynamic, mature, proactive, independent as well as a decisive problem solver.
  
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
