Our client is a famous FMCG manufacturing company in HK. With their growing needs and concern, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the group.

Our client is a famous FMCG manufacturing company in HK. With their growing needs and concern, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the group.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of HR Department and playing a generalist role and providing full spectrum of HR function for the company.
- To better establish the communication platform between employer and employee relationship and assist in delivery of people management effectively.
- To develop measures and activities that help to improve the employee interaction and connection in the group.
- To initiate and implement plan for employees training activities and talent development opportunities, employee retention, relocation arrangement, internal transfer possibility and the like.
- To aid in salary review, performance management analysis and succession planning.
- To participate in different corporate projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years solid working experience and preferably from sizable company from FMCG or Manufacturing base.
- Hands-on experiences in dealing with employee relations or labour union.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus the ability to deal with different levels of people.
- Dynamic, mature, proactive, independent as well as a decisive problem solver.
- Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
