Job Description:
Our client is a renowned private bank.
This role will be working in the front office Center and providing professional support to their new banking system.

This role will be working in the front office Center and providing professional support to their new banking system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate support and answer enquiries relate to the new banking system.
- Coordinate with all front office issues on the new banking system.
- Provide coaching to the Front Office staff on the system.
- Participate in UAT/End-to-End Testing.
- Conduct training and other assigned ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years sales/IT support experience in private banking.
- Good knowledge of private banking products.
- Knowledge in operating Avaloq system would be a plus.
- Proficient with Powerpoint, Excel & Word.
- Self motivated with strong organization and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- 1-year contract.
