    Job Description:
    Our client is a leading multinational company with strong presence in the Asia Pacific Region.

    To cope with their expansion, they are inviting a dynamic HR professional to join their Regional HR team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement regional C&B programs, such as incentive scheme development.
    • Advise C&B strategies with valid market data to implement new C&B program.
    • Review market salary trend to revise internal grading system and carry out benchmarking exercise.
    • Conduct C&B survey for Asia Pacific Region.
    • Liaise with Asia Pacific offices for C&B matters & other ad hoc projects.


    Job Requirements:

    • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
    • Minimum 5 years C&B experience from multinational company.
    • Experience in designing and reviewing various sales incentive or commission programs.
    • Result-driven, Fast paced and Proactive.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill.
    • Excellent English & Fluent Mandarin.
