Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for temporary positions plus non-managerial grade level staff recruitment
- Assist in company’s recruitment policy and headcount planning
- Responsible for HR reports generation
- Sourcing proper candidates by making advertisements, dealing with recruitment agents,etc
- Take part in ad-hoc HR projects
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources
- Min. 2 yrs of solid recruitment experiences in recruitment agents
- Well-versed with employment ordinances and related regulations of HK
- Excellent assessment skill
- Good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skill
