Job Description:
Our client is a multinational company with strong presence in Asia Pacific Region.
They are currently inviting an energetic HR Generalist to join their HR and Administration Team.

They are currently inviting an energetic HR Generalist to join their HR and Administration Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hands-on experience in HR management and Admin operations in PRC region.
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions including C&B, recruitment, performance management, training & development, legislative compliance and staff relations.
- Introduce and define key performance indicators to set up a formal Performance Management System.
- Provide professional consultancy services to top management/line managers on staffing issues, especially on staff coaching, manpower planning, job analysis, etc.
- Provide general office administration services in medical insurance, office renovation, hygiene service, renewal of business registration etc.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR team in PRC region.
- Implement and execute the information security policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business.
- Minimum 5 years experience in being HR generalist preferably from multi-national companies or sizable organizations with 2 years supervisory experience.
- Familiar with HR practice and labor ordinance in PRC.
- Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, energetic and flexible.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
