Responsibilities:
- Support HR Director in full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as recruitment, C&B, MPF administration, medical, payroll administration, staff functions etc.
- Maintain, formulate & advise on company policies and procedures.
- Prepare various monthly and periodical reports.
- Manage and maintain database and employee records.
- Perform secretarial support duties and other HR ad-hoc projects, if necessary.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years all round HR functions in multinational companies.
- Well versed in employment ordinance and other related regulations of HK.
- Self-motivated, independent and detail minded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Good Mandarin.
