Job Description:
Our client, the world leading sourcing and buying office, is looking for a high caliber to join their Product Sourcing team:-

Job Requirements:

• Lead project development on products from product sourcing, product internal launched through after-sales-service.
  
• Manage the category and product range to deliver the right product in the right moment and support inventory management.
  
• Develop and build wide suppliers network for large quantity productions.
  
• Identify and share potential / innovative products and supplier found.
  
• Locate potential sourcing opportunities throughout China and extent to Asia Pacific. Keep abreast of vendor’s custom regulations, taxes, political and economic situation in supplies to ensure reliability of source.
  
• Ensure vendors’ production capability and ability.
  
• Carry out vendor performance review annually.
  
• Work closely with vendors and Quality team to ensure products are conformed to the safety requirements and international standard.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in any disciplines.
  
• Minimum 8 years of experience in small electrical appliance or soft toys or bags and luggages or cookware product development and sourcing management, preferably with multi-national companies exposure.
  
• Solid experience in USA and European market.
  
• Excellent project management skills.
  
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
