Job Description:
Our client, the world leading sourcing and buying office, is looking for a high caliber to join their Product QA team:-

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with vendors and product Sourcing team to ensure products are conformed to the safety requirements and are in compliance with corporate and international standard.
  
• Manage accredited laboratory to identify applicable testing standards and manage testing process and resolve critical testing findings.
  
• Work with Sourcing team, factory, and accredited laboratory for real life product risk assessment, “Fit for use”, pre-production testing and follow-on random testing.
  
• Manage consumer complaints.
  
• Evaluate and report workable factories based on quality level, production capabilities, social accountability and security control conformity.
  
• Manage factory assessments through third-party audit organization.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder with minimum 6 years relevant experience.


• Exposure in small electrical appliances products or other hardlines (toys, bags, houseware, etc) and from multi-national environment.


• Track record in quality management experience for USA and European market.


• Excellent in project management and communication skills.
