Job Description:
Our client is a prestigous private bank. They are inviting a high caliber candidate to join their IT team in HK office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and monitor desktop support to local end users/clients for variety of hardware and software products.
  
• Support various desktop, laptop PC, printers, software system, financial industry data services as well as proprietary in-house applications.
  
• Troubleshooting desktop & laptop issues, installation of new applications, daily maintenance of LAN and desktop systems.
  
• Provide training to new joiners.
  
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including update and new acquisitions.
  
• Work closely with overseas IT services team to handle daily application and system support duties.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related discipline.
  
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in multinational company, experience in banking and finance industry would be a definite advantage.
  
• Solid experience in end user computer support in hardware & software.
  
• Good knowledge in Windows XP, MS Office, Windows 2003 Server, LAN Support and Active Directory.
  
• Broad understanding of networking protocols and administration.
  
• Self-motivated with strong customer service and communication skills.
  
• Proactive, pleasant and client driven.
  
• Computer training skills and exposure to Investment Systems preferred.
  
• Excellent command of spoken English and Cantonese. Good Mandarin.
