Job Description:
Our client, a leading international accessories and fashion brand with production base in Asia, is seeking a high caliber candidate to join their Fabric Management Team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Fabric Management Director
  
• Translate the design intent and aesthetic into clear and executable direction for fabric suppliers
  
• Explore, evaluate and develop textile manufacturers for assigned product categories based on thorough understanding on the brand strategies, pricing/quality objectives and related buying needs
  
• Supports departments on all fabric development related issues.
  
• Responsible for textile research (yarn and fabric), development, fabric approvals, and quality issues.
  
• Ensure the production of textiles is completed in a timely and professional manner to achieve the goal of quality products and on-time delivery.
  
• Act as liaison/coordinator between other offices in a Designated Mill Program

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Textile
  
• At least 8 years of experiences in woven fabrics, dyeing and finishing, and if possible bonding and PVC
  
• Experience in working with Korean mills and better have background of setting quality levels and expectations
  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, working knowledge of Mandarin would be required
  
• Should be flexible in travelling / or station in PRC
