Our client is a global fashion brands which they are growing rapidly in the Asia market. To expand their business, they are looking for high calibre to join their HR team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, expatriate administration, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, payroll management, etc.
- Work as Business Partner and work close with global headquarters and regional partners for HR matters.
- Assist to set up and implement HR policies.
- Participate in HR projects and ad hoc assignment as appointed by the senior management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience gained from multinational companies.
- Independent and able to cope with dynamic environment.
- Track record in China or Regional exposure.
- Well-versed command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
