Responsibilities:
- Implement trade marketing strategies and merchandizing activities to meet established sales and market share targets.
- Manage the assigned A&P budget and develop quality merchandising programs.
- Execute trade promotion activities and conduct promotional campaign analysis.
- Motivate and give guidance to the promoters to achieve sales target.
- Provide periodic analysis of sales volumes, customer profiles, competitors’ activities and pricing for management review.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years trade marketing experience in multinational FMCG companies.
- Outgoing, energetic with good initiative and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese.
