Our client is one of the leading LED companies with extensive operations and sales presence worldwide. To cope with their business expansion, they are now inviting for a high calibre to head up the research and product development team on SSL products.

Our client is one of the leading LED companies with extensive operations and sales presence worldwide. To cope with their business expansion, they are now inviting for a high calibre to head up the research and product development team on SSL products.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge, lead and execute global product development of solid state lighting (SSL).
- Strengthen and build the team on SSL product development.
- Design and develop SSL product portfolio including LED power supplies, LED light engines, LED luminaires, etc, for Asian market.
- Establish and ensure efficient development work process.
- Work to drive and inspire regional Marketing team to design an innovative product range for business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in R&D and product development with latest years specializing in SSL / LED products.
- Able to lead a large product development team on new product range design.
- Strong exposure in LED / SSL product design and development.
- Excellent communication skills.
