Our client is one of the leading LED companies with extensive operations and sales presence worldwide. To cope with their business expansion, they are now inviting for a high calibre to lead the Asia Pacific Marketing team on their SSL products.

Our client is one of the leading LED companies with extensive operations and sales presence worldwide. To cope with their business expansion, they are now inviting for a high calibre to lead the Asia Pacific Marketing team on their SSL products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Solid State Lighting (SSL) Marketing and application engineering in Asia Pacific market.
- Develop and lead implementation of the regional marketing and application strategy, drive the SSL business segment product strategy.
- Define and develop product road-map to ensure competitive position in relation to specification, packaging, product performance for different Asian markets.
- Gather market intelligence and oversee market research, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.
- Establish and validate pricing strategies to optimize the business units profitability and market share penetration.
- Develop regional network with the channels, end-users, ultimate consumers to understand Asian market needs.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development / marketing with latest exposure in LED or lighting technology.
- Track record in leading Lighting / SSL business development / marketing.
- Team player, Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
