A popular US contemporary and chic ladies wear brand will have their presence in HK & China soon. The licecnsee is actively looking for a competent professional with entrepreneurial sprit to help start up their fashion retail and wholesale business:
Job Responsibilities:
- Directly report to the MD, responsible for building up the teams from scratch
- Spearhead the HK & China market expansion plans
- Full accountable for the P&L
- Develop business plans & strategies to grow the business and maximize the profit
- Oversee the retail operations, brand management, merchandising in Greater China region
- Identify proper store locations and liaise with landlords or property developers to get the best terms for shop opening
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- At least 10 years of retail & wholesale experiences in fashion industry
- With exposure in PRC market is a must
- Excellent leadership skills with entrepreneurial sprit
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
