Our client provides premium grade serviced offices with presence in many major cities around the world. With increasing market demand and business growth, they are looking for an industrious manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Senior Management and responsible for the business development of the serviced offices.
- To negotiate for contract renewal and prepare better solution plans to fulfill customers’ demand and yet meeting with company’s objectives.
- To identify new business opportunities and maximize the possible occupancy rate of the centers.
- To develop and execute different sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- To maintain and build good customer relationship and further enhance the company brand reputation in the market.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies or related disciplines.
- Min. of 3 to 5 years of sales experiences in real estates industry, property or office leasing and agency background. Have relevant qualifications will be an added value.
- Aggressive, independent and have strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is an advantage.
