Job Description:
Our client, a leading international high fashion brand, is seeking a high caliber candidate to join their Global Sourcing Team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Sourcing Director at headquarters
  
• Source and evaluate potential factories/suppliers when necessary
  
• Closely monitor those suppliers to ensure the sample development are met with the corporate standard and they are adhere to the production schedule and providing timely delivery of quality products
  
• Manage the cost negotiation to meet Headquarters’ cost guidelines
  
• Ensure compliance of intellectual property control and quality assurance in the production process
  
• Responsible for ad hoc assignments assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
  
• At least 8 years of merchandising experiences in knitwear & jersey wear, experiences in international buying offices are highly preferred
  
• Solution orientated, initiative, independent and able to meet tight deadlines
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Excellent commend of both English and Mandarin
  
• Travel is required
