A world recognized international online payment platform is looking for a seasoned and competent account servicing professional to join their group.

A world recognized international online payment platform is looking for a seasoned and competent account servicing professional to join their group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Take care of existing active e-commerce merchants
- Initiate and propose marketing activities & promotional plans to the clients to help boost the online sales
- Work with Marketing Team on multi-merchant programs and development of collateral
- Conduct regular review meetings with the merchants to understand their needs and identify potential business opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or Marketing
- At least 7 years of account servicing and marketing experience
- With experiences on e-commerce, e-trade will be a plus
- Possesses excellent business acumen with marketing sense
- In-depth knowledge of the internet market from both a consumer and trade view
- Must be detailed-minded with excellent client service skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin
