Job Description:
Our client is a global fashion brands which they are growing rapidly in the Asia market. To cope with their expanding business, they are looking for a professional acumen on leather production development and its production in China.

Our client is a global fashion brands which they are growing rapidly in the Asia market. To cope with their expanding business, they are looking for a professional acumen on leather production development and its production in China.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the development, commercialization, production as well as quality of new leathers.
- Develop and implement medium to long leather sourcing strategy, innovation, lead-time and cost reduction.
- Provide technical guidance and education for the global team on new leathers and new leather concept.
- Assist the global team to procure new leather products.
- Visit appropriate international fairs and chemical companies to keep abreast of latest leather development.
- Partner with global and quality team on all matters related to tannery audits, testing, restricted substances and due diligence.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder in Leather Technology or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leather or related industries.
- In-depth understanding of aesthetic, tactile and technical properties of multi leather qualities.
- Excellent communication, interaction and team building skills.
- Able to station in South China with housing and tax benefits.
