Our client is an international FMCG company with operations over the world and providing quality products from personal care and household consumer goods. They are now seeking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to join their team.

Our client is an international FMCG company with operations over the world and providing quality products from personal care and household consumer goods. They are now seeking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of Department, the candidate has to develop and implement sales strategy for each customer in order to meet with company objectives.
- To plan and execute different promotional activities to induce sales or to maximize potential gain per customers.
- To build and maintain a long and stable relationship with customers and establish a continuous improvement in account management.
- To manage and negotiate with customers on better business trading terms or package that are met with the strategy and director of company.
- To develop and implement client’s new product launch plan and ensure everything are successfully completed.
- To take a cross functional cooperation and interaction initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or related disciplines.
- Min. 3 years or above relevant experience with major FMCG companies plus proven track record with key global or local retailers.
- Have experiences on Marketing or Trade Marketing is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Able to argue persuasively to influence customers, to decline unacceptable terms without damaging the relationship.
- Capable of translate company’s objectives into feasible actions and plans.
- Aggressive and confident plus flexible and positive attitude.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
