Our client is a market leader and pioneer in providing quality Chinese food with operations in HK and China. To face with increasing market demand and change in consumer eating habits, they are seeking for an energetic and aggressive professional to join their group.

Our client is a market leader and pioneer in providing quality Chinese food with operations in HK and China. To face with increasing market demand and change in consumer eating habits, they are seeking for an energetic and aggressive professional to join their group.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Management, the candidate is responsible for Hong Kong market; to develop different sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
- To develop and put in force of ad hoc project to generate extra business revenue and enhance market share of company.
- Closely monitor on practices of direct and indirect competitors and carry out specific actions.
- Review on the business performances and provide suggestion to management for planning and development.
- Collect market information on consumer demand and market trend and develop appropriate strategies accordingly.
- To monitor the overall operations of the restaurants under the group in the region.
Requirements:
- Tertiary or Above educated.
- Minimum of 8 years or above solid experience in chain or fast food restaurant or related industries in Hong Kong.
- Aggressive, mature and independent.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered for Director.
